Michelle Demand is the Founder and Owner of Wealth Management Solutions.
I was first introduced to investing by my grandparents who owned some Kimberly Clark stock. My grandmother would have me record her dividend checks (that came in the mail) in her checkbook. She asked me to look up the price of the stock in the newspaper and record her portfolio value in the little book she kept in her purse. This foundation encouraged me to learn more about the fascinating world of Finance.
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in Finance and Human Resource Management from Central Washington University. I chose to further my studies by earning my Series 63 – Uniform Securities Agent, Series 7 – General Securities Representative and Series 65 - Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination all held through LPL Financial. I also maintain my Life, Disability and Variable Annuity licenses.
I previously joined another broker dealer in 1995 and then affiliated with LPL Financial in 2013. My focus has been building a practice where we can provide our clients with greater comfort regarding their income and confidence about their wealth.
I attract and retain client relationships while managing the portfolios. I have a diverse client base with a multitude of different goals. I research products and strategies to find the best fit for each individual client or household. I enjoy the variety of work and finding investment strategies to meet a wide spectrum of client goals.
I make it my priority to build relationships and listen to my clients. I know the Financial world can be complex and overwhelming at times. I have developed a number of different strategies for a wide variety of situations.
I was raised in Spokane, Washington and have been blessed with a daughter and a son. We reside in Spokane and frequently visit our farm and animals in Spangle. Our farm started when I bought my daughter a horse. From there we have grown into several animals, including my favorite…pygmy goats.
When I am not working, I like to spend my time with family and friends. I enjoy being outdoors gardening, boating, and being at the lake. I enjoy trying new recipes and spending time with Brian and my children.
